Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, while collaborating with different teams to deliver seamless application experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and tools to develop and adapt application features.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues and optimize application performance.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control in SaaS applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
