Role Summary
The Head of Research Operations & Innovation will lead first-party customer research strategy and operations for global content testing across three Amazon MGM Studios groups. The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager, highly skilled in consumer market research operations and analytics, with a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to support a high volume of surveys, and a curious, resourceful problem solver who collaborates effectively with others. This role will reports into the Head of Studio Operations/Strategy.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and drive a vision/roadmap for research operations globally, including innovation with technology, tools, and process changes
• Oversee a team that is responsible for survey programming, sampling, weighting, crosstab reporting
• Work closely with consumer insight leaders and other cross-functional teams to define and influence the long-term CI product roadmap.
• Create mechanisms for disseminating learnings throughout the CI teams.
• Drive Prime Video customer recruitment activities for our internal panels
• Oversee global panel administration, including the creation and management of operations dashboards, profile variables, member groups, communication templates, question templates, incentive strategies
• Partner with Procurement and Legal to negotiate and manage vendor relationships
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
