Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience

Additional Required Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, including VMware Cloud Foundation, Azure NetApp Files, Nutanix, cloud, virtualization, storage, or networking technologies.
- Deep knowledge of datacenter infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and hybrid cloud architectures.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certification in VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure, NetApp, Oracle, or related infrastructure technologies.
- CCNP or equivalent networking certification, with experience supporting enterprise networking and connectivity solutions.
- Experience supporting or deploying VMware Cloud Foundation, Azure VMware Solution, Azure NetApp Files, Nutanix on Azure, Oracle Database@Azure, or similar cloud based infrastructure platforms.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Support Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year.
