About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, grow revenue, and pursue new business opportunities.

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet. There is significant work ahead, and an opportunity to help make the global economy more accessible while doing meaningful work.

About the team

The Radar team helps businesses manage and reduce payment fraud. Radar combines machine learning, risk signals, configurable controls, and fraud analytics to help businesses make informed decisions about payments while managing the balance between fraud prevention and revenue growth.

The Radar sales team works with businesses to understand their fraud challenges, improve payment performance, and adopt the products and services that best support their goals. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to support customers with complex fraud profiles and payment flows.

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to improve the Radar sales motion and address customer needs.
  • Build relationships with senior business, payments, risk, and technical stakeholders at strategic customers.
  • Help customers understand the tradeoffs between fraud prevention, payment performance, conversion, and operational complexity.
  • Use customer feedback and market insight to inform product priorities, positioning, enablement, and go-to-market plans.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of fraud trends, payments, risk management, and Stripe’s Radar products.
  • Contribute to the broader sales organization through talent development, process improvements, and cross-functional leadership.
