  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Digital to maintain campaign consistency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee paid media strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimizing targeting and creative based on performance insights.

  • Utilize HubSpot and Pardot to build workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized customer experiences.

  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to boost conversion rates and ROI.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, build campaign dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders to guide data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and/or Pardot), including workflow and lead nurture build.

  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and campaign-level budget management.

  • Comfort with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to drive conversion improvements.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative around a single campaign plan.

  • Ability to build and present clear performance dashboards and translate campaign data into recommendations for stakeholders.
