Job Description

This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LTS Online Jobs team is responsible for helping small-businesses hire at LinkedIn. We operate like a high-growth startup in the context of a much larger and unique social networking ecosystem helping millions of job seekers get hired each year. The LTS team provides innovative recruiting tools to help these customers achieve talent acquisition success through facilitating the process of sourcing top talent, posting jobs with guaranteed visibility and assisting in brand-building.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap to help our small-business customers make a successful hire on LinkedIn and grow their lifetime value (LTV). You will lead the charter on our hiring agent, automating tedious hiring tasks and empowering SMBs to work smarter, not harder. This SPM will own our new AI-powered applicant evaluation features, candidate outreach features, and  will be responsible for ensuring our hirers are set up for success and receive the right qualified applicants to make a successful hire. In this high-impact, high visibility role, you’ll own the roadmap for how we build experiences that enable job posters to be more effective in hiring for their roles, drive direction of our Hiring Agents, and help to grow the business.

You will excel in this role if you have a proven track record of “0-to-1” product development, AI product, or consumer product background and a growth mindset who savors new challenges and is not afraid to take them head on. You will need to blend your product intuition and craft with an analytical, growth mindset to develop a strategic roadmap that scales our agent technology, captures market share, and hits our ambitious revenue targets.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in our mission to create economic opportunity for every professional around the world. And you’ll do that while having fun.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop our vision, strategy, product and AI roadmap to build more capabilities that help small business hiring managers hire in a way that maximizes their success and business goals

  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements

  • Operate as an AI-native product manager, bringing ideas to life through prototypes, demos, and rapid experimentation.

  • Collaborate on AI direction driving product policies, evaluations, and sampling approaches

  • Define success metrics and use research, evaluations, experiments, and product judgment to improve successful SMB hiring outcomes at a global scale.
