Description
We are looking for an outstanding, multi-skilled Project Manager with a demonstrable record of leading complex projects from concept through implementation. As a Project Manager for the US Channel Sales BPR team, you will be the prime mover of your projects end to end. You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the multitude of activities needed to make your projects successful. This role will draw upon your experience managing medium-to-large, global technical projects that interweave complex data, multiple systems and functional teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B business operations processes, CRM systems, and Enterprise sales lifecycles. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, AI, and technical teams to enhance the partner experience while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Organize, plan, and manage multiple technology projects end-to-end with overlapping timelines, on behalf of the U.S. Channel Sales organization and partner teams.
Lead all phases of projects within their portfolio, including: identification of business opportunities, ideation, business requirement documentation, timeline development, communication, testing, change management, go-live, reporting, and retrospective.
Deeply understand business users by leveraging empathy-driven methodologies / design thinking.
Drive project-centric discussions and workshops to gather requirements/user stories/use cases from business subject matter experts.
Partner with technical teams to communicate and plan technical deliverables.
Quickly establish yourself as the subject matter expert for all projects in your portfolio.
Gain buy-in from key decision-makers by leveraging storytelling to bring to life the potential business impact of proposed projects.
Lead cross-functional teams, including collaborations with third party partners. Identify and engage all teams/ individuals needed to mobilize projects.
Establish project road maps and schedules, keeping activities on track to major landmarks. Work with core team to prioritize and assign project tasks to team members. Manage project risk throughout the life of the project. Identify, document, and drive resolution of project issues.
Keep core and management teams well-informed about project developments in a dynamic environment.
Strive for efficiency, simplicity and design excellence in every project.
Translate operational requirements into platform and system enhancements by partnering directly with the WWBPR team and the AI/ML team building solutions for the channel organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires 7+ years experience in Project Management or related experience
Experience owning medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) cross-functional technology and operational process projects
Ability to interact with and effectively communicate with a wide range of technical and business teams, and naturally adjusts communications and messaging for the intended audience
Familiarity with B2B sales lifecycle (opportunity / lead / pipeline management) and CRM systems
Experience working with transactional data and core data (aka master data) systems
Relationship-builder; viewed as a trusted advisor
Able to develop options and broker decisions across diverse teams/stakeholders with competing interests
Understands systems implementation; comfort working with both waterfall and agile development methodologies
Quick learner, able to mobilize quickly and transition into in-flight projects without impacting the business
Curious, eager to understand the business processes and systems that are relevant to a project
Consistently challenges the status quo to propose new and innovative solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging Design Thinking methodology a plus
Experience working with AI tools or leading AI adoption initiatives in business workflows
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus
Analytical, able to investigate data, business or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
Advanced degree a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
