Purpose Of Role:

The purpose of Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Administrator role is:

  • Ensuring all data pertaining to funds is reported accurately and on time to internal/external clients and relevant stakeholders
  • Being engaged in exception resolution processes, pro-actively resolving inquiries and exceptions on a case-by case basis by working with functional teams and State Street peers

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Fund Administration processes, functions and controlling tasks, including accounting, reporting and administrative duties, while ensuring highest quality of timely and accurate delivery to clients
  • Review fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist in line with departmental reporting and delivery standards
  • Liaise with internal clients, external counterparties and support other departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepancies
  • Ensure departmental procedures and controls are followed. Identify control gaps
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all inquiries
  • Keep Team Managers informed to daily work progress and status of requests
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Managers
  • Keep proper communication with other team members.
  • Take ownership for your own personal growth.  Utilize training platforms/forums, and actively seek personal development opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff as needed

          

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

  • Numeracy / Literacy skills
  • PC literate and fluent in use of Excel spreadsheets
  • MS Outlook knowledge on competent level
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate English level
  • Intermediate German level
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy, good quality of work and attention to details
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative in your work
  • Drive to continued learning and skills development
  • Team player

Level Of Education:

  • Preferred Accountancy or Business related degree

Please note: This role requires minimum of 3 days/week working from office

Minimum Salary:

zł60,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
