Who we are looking for
The Capital Management team at State Street is looking for a highly motivated individual to drive meaningful analysis around key Capital Planning practices. Individual should have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow with a fast-paced team within Global Treasury.

What you will be responsible for
As Capital Management - Officer you will
Collaborate with the RRP office and drive methodology and production of RRP framework issues related to capital (e.g., RCAP)
Support State Street’s capital FX hedging program
Support Global Capital Management activities related to U.S. entities. Coordinate with international colleagues on GCM distributions.
Support management of State Street’s Parent Company Liquidity position.
Support Capital Planning efforts more broadly

Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate with key external stakeholders as well as create concise and influential presentation materials
Strong quantitative aptitude/skills
Ability to think critically to understand existing problems and identify opportunities for solutions
Ability to interpret and analyze data sets with minimal direction in a time sensitive environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of State Street’s capital profile, core business lines, P&L, and balance sheet a plus
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Economics a plus.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
