What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Intercompany accounting is the recording of financial transactions between two different entities that are related by the same parent company.
What are we looking for? • • Finance Processes • • Intercompany accounting, due-to and due-from balances, billing, settlement, confirmations, eliminations and month-end close • • Foreign-currency remeasurement, CTA concepts and multi-entity accounting • Systems Knowledge (preferred) • • Exposure to Yardi ERP and BlackLine • Industry Experience (preferred) • • Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
Roles and Responsibilities: • • In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • • Your expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor • • Record approved intercompany transactions, generate billings and process routine transfers accurately within close timelines. • • Perform monthly reconciliations and confirmations; identify timing, currency, coding and counterparty differences and drive resolution. • • Prepare elimination schedules and support consolidation, maintaining a clear audit trail for all adjustments. • • Escalate policy, transfer-pricing, settlement and post-close adjustment questions to the appropriate retained owner; specific KPI targets • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
