Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position also involves shaping strategic directions by integrating emerging ideas and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Throughout the day, the expert balances technical insight with business understanding to drive impactful changes and enhance the organization s reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to diverse organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable compensation solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and facilitate smooth project delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
