As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team and the broader enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may impact outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with various data sources and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
