As a Client Account Lead, you will partner with some of the world's most influential High Tech organizations, helping them navigate disruption, accelerate innovation, and transform their businesses through technology, data, and AI.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic initiatives that drive product innovation, operational excellence, customer value, and sustainable growth. Working at the forefront of technological change, you will connect client ambitions with Accenture's deep industry expertise, engineering capabilities, and global network of specialists.

This role offers the opportunity to influence boardroom agendas, build long-term client partnerships, and lead complex engagements that help High Tech organizations stay ahead in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving market.

What Will Help You Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, engineering, business development, or leadership roles within the High Tech industry
• Strong understanding of High Tech business models, including hardware, software, semiconductors, electronics, intelligent devices, industrial technology, or digital platforms
• Experience working with technology manufacturers, product organizations, engineering-led businesses, or innovation-driven enterprises
• Demonstrated success building senior executive relationships and expanding strategic accounts
• Experience helping organizations scale innovation, modernize operating models, optimize supply chains, or accelerate digital transformation
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, cloud, digital engineering, intelligent automation, cybersecurity, or connected products
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and shape complex business opportunities
• Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary and international environments
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English; Dutch is highly desirable
• A passion for technology and curiosity about how innovation can create competitive advantage

• Bring together Accenture's capabilities across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Song, Industry X, Cloud, Data & AI, and Operations to solve complex client challenges
• Support clients in responding to changing market conditions, evolving customer demands, and increasing competitive pressure
• Drive executive conversations around the future of technology, AI-powered enterprises, digital products, and next-generation business models
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
