Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the development of intricate, comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning how various technological components integrate to enhance overall business operations and user experiences. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving industry trends and innovative technologies to ensure the enterprise remains at the forefront of technological advancement. Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the architectural vision aligns with organizational goals and delivers seamless, efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and hardware-software co-design principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure embedded systems for enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing embedded system performance across diverse platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
