O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Realizar o recebimento, a conferência e a contabilização de notas fiscais, garantindo a integridade das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos;
- Executar as atividades relacionadas ao processo de contas a pagar, acompanhando documentos, lançamentos e pagamentos;
- Efetuar lançamentos financeiros e contábeis no SAP, assegurando a correta classificação e o registro das transações;
- Apoiar a análise e a conciliação de pagamentos, documentos fiscais e movimentações financeiras;
- Garantir a correta classificação das transações financeiras e identificar eventuais divergências nos registros;
- Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar controles e relatórios utilizando Excel;
- Interagir com áreas internas para tratar e solucionar pendências financeiras, fiscais e documentais.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Conhecimento em SAP e familiaridade com lançamentos financeiros e contábeis;
- Conhecimento em contabilização de notas fiscais e rotinas de contas a pagar;
- Excel em nível básico a intermediário para elaboração de controles, acompanhamento de informações e geração de relatórios;
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
- Perfil organizado, atento aos detalhes e proativo, com boa capacidade de colaboração e interação com diferentes áreas.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Espanhol em nível intermediário ou avançado;
- Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras e processos de contas a pagar;
- Conhecimento em retenções fiscais aplicáveis ao recebimento e à contabilização de notas fiscais;
- Vivência com conciliações financeiras, análise de pagamentos e tratamento de divergências;
- Familiaridade com ambientes corporativos de grande porte e processos que envolvam diferentes áreas internas.
