About the team
This role is in the Omnichannel Grocery Ads (OGA) team team in the Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) organization. Our vision is to create innovative ad experiences for customers in Amazon Fresh Stores, Whole Foods Market and grocery partners WW, both in-store and online - helping them discover new products and quickly find ones that they already love.
This team is focused on Sponsored Ads for online grocery shoppers, so leans heavily on tech owned by other teams. You will rely on and develop Earn Trust, Learn and Be Curious, and Dive Deep in partnering with other tech teams to deliver value to our customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
