Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This role includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solutions remain stable, perform efficiently, and comply with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various teams to align technical strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing scalable software architectures and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with software release management and configuration control.
- Ability to establish and enforce technical standards and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
