In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to balance technical and operational needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS deployment models.
- Ability to manage complex integrations and configuration management.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
