Senior Product Marketing Manager – Creative Cloud

The Opportunity
We are seeking a product marketer to drive the pro-tier offering strategy for Adobe’s B2C Creative Cloud business! In this role, you will monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and funnel performance for our pro-tier B2C solutions for individuals. You’ll also run the pro-tier business and own a suite of market research initiatives, a yearly marketing strategy, and a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the CC Pro business: Define the overarching pro-tier strategy for how we consistently grow our pro-tier business. This includes setting a long-term vision for our B2C pro-tier offering as well as driving annual/quarterly plans to hit acquisition, migration, and attrition revenue forecasts.

  • Deeply Understand Customers: Lead customer and market research to identify pro-tier audience needs and use cases to shape cross-functional testing roadmaps.

  • Champion acquisition, monetization, and engagement efforts: Serve as the POC across product teams for acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives with an emphasis on CPro Gen AI use and monetization.

  • Drive Global Business Growth: Partner with international PMMs to test culturalized initiatives to better align pro-tier plan value with global customer needs and price sensitivities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years in product/portfolio marketing and go-to-market strategy, ideally in creative or marketing SaaS.

  • A keen understanding of strategic and operational planning to hit business goals and the financial literacy to analyze the impact of initiatives against revenue and engagement forecasts.

  • Proven experience owning and delivering successful portfolio and GTM strategies for B2C customer segments.

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into compelling, customer-facing messaging and positioning frameworks.

  • Proven cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving complex initiatives and navigating tradeoffs in matrixed environments.

  • BA/BS degree preferred OR 7+ years in Marketing OR equivalent practical experience.
