How will you value-add?
As an Operations Consultant, you will work as part of a team of subject matter experts, helping the department to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate collection and compilation of data inputs from various sources to provide support across the entire audit engagement lifecycle
Provide data mining, analytical and general support for operations purposes
Advocate and implement processes to improve overall business operations workflow
Handle queries from various stakeholders relating to business operational matters
Assist in document preparation and revision including presentations, emails and reports that convey business information
Participate in special projects and ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
To perform this role effectively, the following skills, knowledge, and abilities are generally expected of the individuals aspiring to take on this position:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Media and Communications or in any relevant field with preferably 2-3 years of working experience in related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Exceptional proficiency working with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, HLOOKUPS, VLOOKUPS.
Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Applications to create documents and reports, etc. Knowledge of Oracle, Alteryx, Power Platforms including PowerBi, Power Automate, etc. would be an advantage.
Accounting/Audit knowledge would be advantageous.
Excellent multitasking skills, including the ability to manage several competing priorities at the same time.
Attention to details with good knowledge in streamlining workflows and processes and is solution driven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
Energetic and self-motivated, and the ability to work independently and in team to achieve goals and targets within deadlines.
