Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle to ensure the delivery and integrity of the software product. This role requires managing various processes, resources, and technologies to maintain efficient operations. The engineer collaborates closely with individuals and teams across different stages, from development to implementation, ensuring that cost, quality, control, and delivery objectives are consistently met. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts across multiple organizational units to support seamless workflow and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency within the team.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and product delivery management.
- Experience in process optimization and resource management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
