Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and operational needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment, fostering seamless integration between business objectives and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in large-scale projects.
- Skilled in using tools for documenting business processes and workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
