Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, Flow Designer, and Agentic AI / Generative AI solutions. The role involves defining technical architecture, guiding development teams, driving platform scalability, designing enterprise integrations, and implementing AI-powered capabilities while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and govern the overall ServiceNow technical architecture across modules, integrations, automations, and AI capabilities.
Lead architecture and design discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
Design scalable integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
Architect and govern workflow automation solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Automation Engine, and related capabilities.
Define and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, including Now Assist, AI-powered workflows, knowledge intelligence, and self-service capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Review solution performance, scalability, security, and maintainability while identifying opportunities for optimization.
Support estimations, technical roadmaps, release planning, risk management, and governance activities across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design across HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Employee Center, and related modules.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI, Generative AI, Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and enterprise AI solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow development frameworks, JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI components, and platform extensibility.
Experience leading technical teams, performing architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and driving delivery excellence.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other enterprise AI platforms.
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, middleware solutions, and DevOps practices.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect, or equivalent certifications.
