Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Program Manager (PM) to join the Satellite Vehicle Engineering (SVE) team. In this role, you will support the lead SVE Strategic Ops PM and broader leadership team across a range of operational and programmatic workstreams; from rhythm of business and executive communications to space planning and cross-functional program coordination. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure SVE operates with clarity, speed, and accountability.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive PM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple workstreams. You will develop and maintain mechanisms that keep the organization running smoothly while serving as a trusted partner to SVE leadership. Your ability to synthesize information, communicate clearly, and drive action across a broad set of stakeholders will be critical to our success.

This is an individual contributor role based in Redmond, WA.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

• Support a comprehensive rhythm of business for SVE's direct reports, identifying gaps, driving alignment, and ensuring cross-functional deliverables stay on track. Including recurring meeting cadences, agendas, action tracking, and follow-through to ensure leaders are equipped with the right information at the right time.

• Be a central point of contact for internal stakeholders to accelerate deliverables. Provide guidance and support SVE teams and stakeholders to unblock paths forward in their deliverables across assigned workstreams.

• Own administrative functions for internal coordination, including function-based calendar management, creation and maintenance of knowledge artifacts, and driving internal communications. This may include drafting org-wide updates, announcements, and leadership messaging.

• Develop and maintain mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into organizational health, priorities, and risks.

• Take on additional strategic operations projects as they are identified. The scope will grow with the role and the team's needs.
