Within EC2, you will lead product management for our **accelerated computing portfolio**, including GPU-based instances and AWS Trainium-powered instances. You will work alongside world-class silicon, systems, and software engineers to bring next-generation AI/ML compute to market at unprecedented scale.
We are seeking a **Principal Product Manager - Technical** who will own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for EC2 AI/ML instance types. You will be responsible for **full lifecycle product management** of accelerated compute solutions purpose-built for:
- Large-scale model training
- High-performance inference
- Generative AI workloads
This is a unique opportunity to innovate across the full AI/ML compute stack — from customer-facing instance capabilities and pricing models down to the core infrastructure including **AWS custom AI chips (Trainium), NVIDIA GPU integrations, and the Nitro System**.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
