Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and uphold quality benchmarks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes within data warehousing environments.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Familiarity with performance testing and optimization of ETL jobs to meet business requirements.
- Skilled in using testing tools and frameworks relevant to data warehouse environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
