As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and high-quality deliverables. The lead is responsible for maintaining alignment between technical solutions and business needs while promoting efficient workflows and collaboration within the team.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate software performance, recommending improvements to optimize scalability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices in custom software development.
- Experience with code quality assurance, including code reviews and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
