What would you do? • Banking Services delivers end-to-end support for financial institutions across lending, servicing, payments, core banking, and customer operations. The team combines banking domain expertise, digital transformation, process excellence, and technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, manage risk, and support business growth. • The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business • Manage OTC collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc. • Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets, ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries).

Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture. • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • In this role you would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
