What is the Flying Start Program?
It is an established, accelerated programme that arises from the collaboration between PwC Greece and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
It gives the opportunity to 3rd and 4th year students to combine academic studies with work experience at PwC and achieve a faster career progression upon competition of the programme.
It is an accelerated path towards achieving the world-leading ACA qualification through practical work experience, professional development and ethics
How it works?
Paid internship during your academic studies
Part-time schedule to facilitate your academic schedule per semester
Flexibility to attend courses within your working day
Time off during exams period

Make a real impact
You combine your academic studies with a flexible paid work experience at PwC while the firm financially covers your registration at ICAEW
You acquire the Chartered Accountant’s (ACA) professional qualification from ICAEW at an early age and efficiently
You enter the workforce earlier, get prepared for future employment and accelerate your career growth. Seize the opportunity to collaborate and work with premier Core Audit teams in the Greek market, explore a variety of industries and career options within the assurance practice and contribute in strengthening trust and transparency with our clients
You develop important technical and leadership skills through high scale projects, build confidence and create a professional network
You will be coached by top professionals and understand how the client's business works
What you bring matters
Students who enter the 3rd and/ or 4th year of studies in any of the following areas: Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Banking or any other relevant field
Exemptions for the ACA qualification based on the academic lessons will be considered as an asset
Excellent academic records and courses on track
Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident and positive attitude
Very good digital skills and familiarity with technology
Fluency in both Greek and English

What's next?
1. After your application, your CV will be screened
2. If your profile matches, you will receive the online assessments that measure your cognitive skills, behaviours, natural preferences and reasoning abilities.
3. The next stage is an online interview, to get to know you better, understand your path so far and your career aspirations. Also, you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have regarding our firm and the programme.
4. The final step of our recruitment process consists of a group assessment and a final interview with the business team.
5. Successful candidates are expected to start in November 2026.
