The Education Manager role focuses on consultation and execution of key deliverables support the day-to-day operations within our Workplace Education program. The Education Manager partners directly with plan sponsors, Fidelity relationship management teams, and presenters, delivering accuracy and timeliness in the coordination of educational campaigns, driving plan and participant satisfaction, and facilitating positive outcomes.  

The Team

This role supports the WI Educational Offerings in an effort to create, foster, and further develop lifetime relationships with our plan sponsors and participants. The educational strategies we support, bridge workplace investing and personal investing to deliver a comprehensive experience addressing the broader spectrum of savings, investing, and retirement needs for our workplace participants.  In addition, this role supports our broader Workplace Education Planning and Advice business unit to ensure our in person and virtual presenters are set up for success through am effective scheduling process and readiness requirements ahead of their presentations to deliver a high-quality experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client requests for education workshops and provide additional consultation on client needs.

  • Serve as subject matter expert on educational offerings and delivery strategies.

  • Foster client satisfaction through effective execution of client educational requests, responsible for all supporting logistics, while uncovering additional value-added services

  • Manage promotional aspects and supporting presentation materials across all events to drive participant engagement goals while managing budgetary considerations.

  • Identifies process improvement opportunities within the operational execution of workplace education strategy and works with appropriate business partners to implement changes.

  • Participates in additional team and business unit initiatives.  

 The Expertise You Have 

  • BA/BS required 

  • Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred 

  • 3-5 years financial services

  • You would have sound project management and problem resolution skills, with ability to execute and implement projects to completion.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
