We are seeking a skilled SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and MM/PP (Production Planning) Analyst to support and enhance our SAP operations in logistics and production. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in both SAP WM, EWM, MM and PP modules, with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to identify, design, and implement SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP WM, EWM, MM and PP modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
- Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives
- Develop high level design and coordinate with development team and Coordinate changes requiring infrastructure team involvement, Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost effective improvements.
- Configure SAP WM, EWM, MM and PP modules to support business processes – Procurement of stock material, consumable material, service. The special procurement process includes inter-company purchasing. cross stock and dropship. PO release strategy and workflow. Purchasing price condition technique, scale purchasing price settings. Purchasing source determination. MRP. Invoice verification.IM-goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, physical counting, cycle counting. Form design (purchasing form, GR slip, label printing etc.). Batch management, shelf-life management (FIFO), serial management. FTS process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, FI and QM to ensure seamless integration.
- Support production issues, change requests, and enhancement projects.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Work with SAP technical teams (ABAP developers) for custom developments and enhancements.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, or S/4HANA transformation projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP WM, EWM and MM/PP modules.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP WM, SAP EWM (inbound, outbound, inventory management, storage types, bins), MM and PP (work centers, routings, BOMs, MRP, production orders).
- Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations and experience in support and enhancements.
- Experience with integration to other SAP modules like SD, SM, FI/CO and QM
- Good exposure on Interfaces – EDI Idocs / ALE
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP R3 and SAPS4 HANA
- Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
- SAP Certification in EWM or PP or WM.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
