Cyber Training Program Analyst, AVP
Role Summary
The AVP, Cyber Training Program Analyst will support the design, delivery, governance, and continuous maturation of the enterprise cybersecurity training program. This role will translate cybersecurity risks, policies, regulatory obligations, and subject-matter expertise into relevant and engaging learning experiences for employees and contingent workers. The successful candidate will manage training content through its lifecycle, coordinate delivery with Global Human Resources (GHR), maintain auditable records, monitor completion and effectiveness, and drive remediation of identified program gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategy, governance, and ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity training programs.
- Create, review, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging learning content, assessments, facilitator materials, job aids, and supporting communications.
- Partner with cybersecurity subject-matter experts, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, and other stakeholders to incorporate current threats, policy changes, regulatory expectations, lessons learned, and industry practices into trainign
- Coordinate with GHR and learning-platform teams to configure, test, launch, assign, and retire courses while ensuring accurate audience mapping and a consistent learner experience.
- Maintain current course inventories, curricula, approvals, version histories, population files, completion records, procedures, and evidence repositories in accordance with retention and audit requirements.
- Track assignments, completion, delinquency, exceptions, and escalations; reconcile data discrepancies; and coordinate follow-up with GHR, managers, and control owners.
- Develop and track sustainable remediation plans for training gaps or control deficiencies, validate supporting evidence and escalate risks or overdue actions.
- PPrepare materials for governance forums, document decisions and actions, maintain program procedures and control documentation, and provide clear status reporting to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least eight years of relevant experience in cybersecurity training, security awareness, learning program management, cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience creating, delivering, and maturing enterprise cybersecurity training programs across multiple learning types and audiences.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, human-risk considerations, security policies and controls, and the regulatory environment applicable to a global financial-services organization.
- Experience managing training content lifecycles, learning assignments, completion records, audit evidence, and remediation actions.
- Strong writing, editing, instructional-design, analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to synthesize technical, regulatory, and risk information into concise, audience-appropriate learning content and executive reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver accurate work within firm deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information systems, education, instructional design, communications, risk management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated financial-services or similarly complex global organization.
- Knowledge of established cybersecurity and learning frameworks, including NIST-aligned practices and adult-learning principles.
- Experience with role-based curricula for higher-risk populations such as executives, developers, privileged users, help-desk personnel, and other targeted groups.
- Experience developing dashboards and analyzing learning, compliance, or behavioral data using Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.
- Relevant credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or a recognized learning and development or instructional-design certification.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
