Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, automating processes, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, functions, views, and queries.
  • Build Python-based automation, data processing, and integration solutions.
  • Design, develop, and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and database integrations.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and enhance database, reporting, and application performance.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance across analytics platforms.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Database Development roles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Good understanding of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations Analytics is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
