We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior JAVA Fullstack Developer and Team Lead to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, responsible for guiding a team of developers while contributing to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical enterprise applications. This role requires a deep expertise in Java-based full-stack development, modern DevOps practices, and the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development:
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java (Core & Enterprise), Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
    • Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Architecture & Design:
    • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of new features and systems.
    • Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and strategy.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
  • DevOps & Deployment:
    • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Lightspeed for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
    • Deploy and manage applications on Linux-based environments, including containerized platforms like OpenShift (ECS) and Kubernetes.
    • Gain and maintain proficiency in managing application servers such as WildFly, Apache, and WebLogic.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on Java-based enterprise applications.
    • Proven experience in a team lead or senior developer role with mentorship responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Core Programming: Expert proficiency in Core JAVA and JavaScript.
    • Backend: Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
    • Frontend: Strong experience with Angular for building modern user interfaces.
    • Web Services: Deep understanding and practical experience in designing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP web services.
    • Databases: Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
    • Platforms & Servers: Hands-on experience with Linux servers, OpenShift (ECS), and application servers like WildFly, Apache, and WebLogic.
    • DevOps: Demonstrable experience with CI/CD practices and tools, specifically Jenkins or Lightspeed pipelines, and application deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
