Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Apple. You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through Apple's selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and our internal Apple community.

Our recruiting team hires the technical talent that builds Apple’s software and services and the underlying technology infrastructure that supports them and the company. This includes a portfolio of consumer and professional software applications — iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS operating systems, as well as iCloud, Apple Pay, Siri, and a variety of digital content stores like the App Store, Apple Books, and Apple Music. A few roles we typically recruit for include: software engineers, machine learning engineers, machine learning researchers, data scientists, and engineering project managers.

Responsibilities

Partnering with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates that strive for innovation within their respective field.
Act as a consultant through the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
Discuss potential offers and successfully close candidates.
Partner with cross functional teams, Sourcing, Recruiting Systems, HR Business Partners, and operations teams as needed through the recruiting process.
Provide excellent, timely customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of engineering recruiting experience
Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment.
Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
Demonstrable experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Exceptional closing and offer construction skills required.
Attention to detail is required and must demonstrate meticulous organization skills.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
