Professional Development Program
State Street Investment Management’s Business Track Professional Development Program (Business PDP) offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your foundational skills to become the next generation of investment management business leaders through four, six-month rotations. Our accelerated program is designed to develop your analytical, innovation, and leadership skills and firm-wide perspective necessary to succeed in State Street’s high-performance culture.

State Street Investment Management's Business Track PDP is designed for motivated, adaptable individuals who are passionate about learning and eager to make an impact. Through a structured rotational experience, participants gain exposure to key areas of the business, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and contribute to initiatives that help our clients achieve their financial goals.
As part of the Business Track PDP you will work within four business groups. These groups:
Provide client support, drive client satisfaction, and facilitate access to industry-leading partnerships
Develop new products and services to better meet the needs of our clients
Implement technological and operational solutions that are the foundation for our investment services
Determine firm-wide strategy and coordinate adoption and understanding of State Street Investment Management’s programs

Education Qualifications
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (for July 2027 intake)
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or work experience in financial services, consulting, business operations, risk, compliance, technology, or related fields.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular activities.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fluid, fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong passion for learning and commitment to career development
Excellent verbal and written skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills which are required to work in our collegial, collaborative environment.
Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,760 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
