Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift Administration.
Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.

3+ years of experience with Linux & Kubernetes infrastructure

At least 1 production OpenShift implementation (not administration only)

Experience with SDN networking

Experience with persistent storage: Ceph, NFS, SAN

Platform hardening experience, preferably in regulated environments

Intermediate Infrastructure Automation
Intermediate Infrastructure Deployment
Intermediate Splunk
Intermediate problem-solving abilities
Beginner scripting and automation skills
