Responsibilities
- Lead complex business and operational programs supporting financial operations across CISO and MSR, including supplier contracting, internal cloud spend analysis, and financial hierarchies.
- Tracks financial progress against budget and may manage complex budgets with significant negotiation.
- Analyze financial and organizational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Identifies actions that can be taken to course-correct and drive performance improvement.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Anticipates business challenges based on forecasts and larger organizational circumstances and develops plans accordingly.
- Manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
- Experience managing internal cloud spend.
- Analytical capabilities with experience leveraging large datasets to generate business insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive measurable business improvements.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct organizational authority.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience within Security, Engineering, Research, Technology, or large-scale enterprise organizations.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing operating rhythms, governance frameworks, or business process improvements.
- Experience developing automation, reporting solutions, or analytics capabilities that improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of organizational planning, resource management, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
- Experience working with Microsoft business systems, workforce analytics, or enterprise reporting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
