Capital One is looking for an indispensable member of the Executive Recruiting team. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring a smooth interview process for executive candidates interviewing with Capital One. This is a highly visible role requiring autonomy, problem-solving skills and professionalism.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner on a daily basis with Executive recruiters to provide coordination support
Exercise proactive, detailed and accurate calendar management for the executive with minimal direction
Facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal clients and hiring managers at all levels
Act as a logistical point of contact for executives, interviewers, and candidates; liaise with direct reports, executive leadership team, and executive assistants
Effectively prioritize incoming communications and requests such as phone inquiries, e-mail, and in-person requests
Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs
The ideal candidate for this role is:

Basic Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Military experience
At least 1 year of experience within Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate, legal, human resources, or case management role
At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $69,100 - $78,900 for Principal Coord., Recruiting
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
