As the Sr. Program Manager, Merchandising & Field Branding for Leo, you will set the multi-year program strategy and own end-to-end execution accountability—from workflow architecture and vendor governance to leadership business reviews and global installer merch branding. You’ll partner directly with Leo’s leadership team, marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define program direction, build customer-facing campaign strategy, and deliver scalable branded experiences globally.
Key job responsibilities
Program Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the multi-year program strategy for Leo merchandise, aligning with broader Amazon Leo business goals
• Establish the strategic framework, goals, and success metrics for the entire merchandise function
• Translate executive priorities into actionable program roadmaps and resource plans
• Build and continuously improve scalable systems and SOPs to support global employee, installer, and customer merchandise deliveries
Financial Management & Procurement
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with production vendors and suppliers
• Manage procurement processes including opening and tracking purchase orders (POs)
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing budget management for all merchandise programs
• Track financial performance against budget and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's procurement and financial policies
Merch Production & Execution
• Translate creative concepts from Leo's internal creative team into production-ready specifications
• Manage approved production vendors to ensure design integrity and brand consistency
• Support development and execution of bespoke merchandise drops and special edition releases
• Manage production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all merchandise programs
• Review product samples and prototypes, providing clear recommendations and answering questions from stakeholders
Global Vendor & Field Service Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary strategic relationship owner for external production vendors, suppliers, and global Field Service stakeholders who support the installer merch branding program
• Develop and grow a global ecosystem of Field Service partners and vendors—establishing the foundational governance structures, SLAs, and escalation paths needed to support delivery planning, redemption, surplus management, and replacement workflows across global markets
• Oversee quality control and brand consistency standards across all external Field Service partners executing installer merch branding in the field
• Drive issue resolution for production delays, quality failures, field execution gaps, or cross-border delivery challenges at scale
Logistics & Fulfillment
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for packaging, shipment planning, delivery workflows, and inventory management tied to demand forecasting
• Optimize Amazon's logistics platform with Leo-specific customizations for efficiency and on-time fulfillment
• Track program performance against KPIs; use data to measure quality, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization opportunities
Leadership Reviews & Governance
• Own and present business reviews for leadership, including quarterly and annual program reviews
• Synthesize performance data, risks, and recommendations into clear executive narratives; surface issues before they escalate
• Maintain program documentation, escalation frameworks, and decision logs; lead cross-functional alignment across creative, marketing, and stakeholders
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Strategy
• Lead go-to-market planning and campaign execution for the customer-facing Leo merch store, including launch strategy, promotional cadence, and ongoing performance tracking.
• Partner with marketing teams and strategic alliance partners to position merch as a tool for customer engagement, developing campaigns that drive brand affinity and repeat interaction.
• Track program performance against customer-facing KPIs; use data to measure campaign effectiveness, conversion, and ROI and present findings to leadership.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
