Amazon’s Global Logistics organization is looking for a Program Manager to build and manage the sales enablement tools used by our shipper engagement team. The team works with sellers and vendors to increase adoption of Amazon-managed inbound transportation services and improve the customer experience.

In this role, you will own our customer relationship management (CRM) system and related sales tools from requirements through launch and ongoing improvement. You will work directly with business development and account management users to understand their workflows, build practical solutions, automate manual processes, maintain data quality, and create reporting that helps the team manage customer relationships and sales opportunities. You will partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams when solutions require broader technical support.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can translate business needs into tools that teams use. You are comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and coordinating work across business and technical teams. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve the tools over time and increase sales-team productivity.

Key job responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities

Own the development, maintenance, and improvement of the team’s customer relationship management system and related sales enablement tools.
Work with business development and account management users to understand their workflows and translate their needs into clear requirements.
Build and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, and other lightweight solutions that improve sales-team productivity.
Maintain data quality, user access, documentation, and operating procedures for the tools.
Manage the enhancement backlog, test changes with users, coordinate launches, and measure adoption after release.
Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams on integrations or changes that require technical support.
Use customer feedback and performance data to identify tool gaps and prioritize improvements.
Train users and create self-service guidance that supports consistent use of the tools.

A day in the life
In this role, you own the tools and mechanisms our sales team relies on to grow shipper adoption. A typical day blends building, program management, and cross-functional coordination.

You might start by reviewing the team's CRM and pipeline dashboards, spotting a data gap, and working with a business development lead to close it. In the afternoon, you automate a report that was being built by hand each week, so the team gets it reliably without manual effort. You'll also translate an ambiguous leadership goal into a metric, a dashboard, and a repeatable mechanism.

The best candidates for this role Dive Deep into data, Invent and Simplify manual processes into durable mechanisms, and Deliver Results that let the team scale.
