As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to the role, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and efficient over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation and merger programs.
- Strong expertise in migration strategy, data mapping, cleansing, validation, mock loads, cutover planning, and Go-Live support, ensuring high data quality and business continuity.
- Driving issue resolution, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex data migration workstreams.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Flexible Real Estate Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating SAP Flexible Real Estate Management with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within SAP Flexible Real Estate Management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Flexible Real Estate Management configurations and customizations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
