Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will spend time analyzing requirements and contributing to the design of applications that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions developed effectively support business processes. You will also participate in discussions to refine application features and help guide the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the intended objectives and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models and deployment strategies.
- Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
