Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain system reliability and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
-Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
-Perform control design and operating effectiveness reviews.
-Support compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements.
-Track audit findings, issues, and remediation plans.
-Facilitate Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
-Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control metrics.
-Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
-Coordinate with business, security, legal, privacy, and audit teams.
-Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and external audits.
-Maintain GRC tooling, workflows, evidence repositories, and documentation.
-Timely completion of risk assessments.
-Reduction in open audit findings.
-Compliance adherence rates.
-Quality of risk reporting and governance reviews.
-Effective remediation tracking and of all controls.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
-Experience in managing and troubleshooting complex software environments related to Governance Risk & Compliance.
-Experience in Risk Management
-Experience in Governance & Compliance Frameworks
-Experience in Internal Controls Testing
-Experience in Audit Management
-Experience in Regulatory Compliance
-Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues within critical business applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management processes to maintain operational excellence.
-Certifications in CRISC ,CISM , ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor and Certified in Risk and Compliance Management (CRCM)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
