Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and implements key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and outcomes.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution processes.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
