In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with other systems, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the software remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various teams to drive these objectives forward is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize software deployment processes and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to improve software quality.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
