As an Analog Layout Engineer, a typical day involves designing the physical layout of analog circuits with careful attention to component placement and routing to achieve optimal circuit performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to verify that the layout aligns with functional, electrical, and manufacturing requirements. This position demands a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver high-quality analog circuit layouts that support overall project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout principles.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance layout methodologies and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and mitigation techniques.
- Ability to analyze and optimize signal integrity and power distribution within layouts.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and testing requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Analog Layout.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
