Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software products.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within complex business environments.
- Ability to integrate Adobe Experience Platform with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to software applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
