 🚀 Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, product management, digital transformation, or technology initiatives.

• Experience in the Telecommunications and/or Consumer Goods / Retail industries.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks.

• Proven experience working with and managing business and technology stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Advanced English proficiency.

👓 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst.

• Agile certifications such as SAFe, PSM, or PSPO, or PMP certification.

• Knowledge of IoT, connected products, embedded systems, and API integrations.

• Experience with Cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of PLM platforms such as PTC, Siemens, SAP, or Dassault Systèmes.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization using Power BI and/or SQL.

• Familiarity with SAP solutions related to project management, operations, or product lifecycle management.

• Experience applying Generative AI or AI agents to product development or digital transformation initiatives.
