O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Conduzir investigações abrangentes de KYC sobre empresas e pessoas, utilizando fontes abertas e ferramentas proprietárias;
- Avaliar riscos relacionados à lavagem de dinheiro, financiamento ao terrorismo e outros crimes financeiros, apresentando recomendações fundamentadas;
- Liderar ou apoiar investigações envolvendo estruturas societárias complexas, jurisdições de alto risco e questões reputacionais sensíveis;
- Elaborar relatórios em inglês, com qualidade, clareza e informações adequadas para processos de auditoria;
- Manter documentação clara e consistente sobre as etapas das investigações, análises realizadas e conclusões;
- Orientar profissionais em início de carreira, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento das capacidades da equipe;
- Colaborar com as áreas Jurídica, de Compliance e de Negócios, utilizando também ferramentas habilitadas por IA para apoiar pesquisas, análises e decisões.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em Compliance, área Jurídica, investigações, AML ou KYC;
- Conhecimento sólido sobre regulamentações de AML/KYC e tipologias de crimes financeiros;
- Inglês fluente, escrito e falado, para elaboração de relatórios e interação profissional;
- Capacidade analítica, organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para administrar múltiplas prioridades;
- Autonomia, comunicação clara e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e partes interessadas.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Graduação em Direito, Contabilidade, Economia, Jornalismo, Relações Internacionais ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência anterior em processos de Anti-Money Laundering, AML, e Know Your Customer, KYC;
- Conhecimento de espanhol, português ou outros idiomas;
- Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel e Word;
- Experiência ou exposição a Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Agentic AI.
