Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications to adapt to evolving business environments are also integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve overall team performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong expertise in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with various business modules and external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques specific to SAP ABAP on HANA platforms.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data modeling relevant to SAP HANA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
